Chemical Formula:

Na12[(AlO2)12(SiO2)12]·XH2O

Introduction:

4A-type crystal structure sodium. It is a kind of aluminosilicate of alkali metal. It can adsorb molecules whose critical diameter is not more than 4.

Uses:

used for static dewatering for airtight gas system, used as static drying agent for refrigeration system, medicine packing, electronic component, easily degenerating chemicals, used to dry saturated hydrocarbons, etc.

Regeneration:

It can be regenerated through the course of ventilating or exhausting while improving the temperature. Regeneration temperature is 180-350°C, and regeneration time is 3-6 hours.

Packing:

sealed iron drum 25kg, 50kg, 136kg.

Molecule whose effective diameter is less than 4,including ethanol, H2S, CO2, C4H4, SO2C2H6 and C3H6.

Amount of H2O adsorbed by every 100g of activated molecular sieve under the normal pressure and at 35°C

Points of Attention:

Packed in sealed iron drum and put in dry place;
PH value for application is 5-11;
It can be in use after regenerated if absorbing moisture for being kept for a long time. The maximum regeneration temperature is 600°C.
